Lagu “Dilemma” terinspirasi dari lagu Patti LaBelle tahun 1983 berjudul “Love, Need and Want You”. Patti turut berperan dalam video musik “Dilemma” sebagai ibunya Kelly, muncul sekitar menit 0:56-0:57 video musik lagu itu.
